Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Programmer to lead backend development for complex web applications. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of PHP and frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, code quality, and mentoring junior developers while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience in PHP development.

Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.

Familiarity with JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, and frontend integration.

Experience with version control systems (Git).

Solid understanding of secure coding practices.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to manage tasks independently and lead development teams.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or Cloud platforms.

Experience with unit testing, TDD, and automated deployment.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Experience with API integrations and third-party libraries.
