Use the service lawfully
Use Search Talents only for genuine career, hiring or authorised recruitment activity. Do not misrepresent identity, experience, employer status, candidate authority or a job opportunity. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, probe or misuse the service or another person’s information.
Listings and applications
The current public job board includes clearly labelled fictional sample listings used to demonstrate the experience. A sample listing is not a real vacancy. For future live listings, employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and availability of the role, and candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their application information.
Hiring decisions
Search Talents may organise criteria, profiles, answers and optional screening evidence. It does not employ candidates, guarantee selection or make the final hiring decision. Employers remain responsible for fair review, interviews, references, right-to-work and credential checks, offers and employment decisions.
Recruitment-partner data
A recruitment partner may upload or process candidate information only when it has the appropriate authority and consent for that purpose. The partner remains responsible for candidate communication, client advice and lawful handling of its records.
Pricing and availability
Your first job ad is free. Every job after that is $199. No subscription, no lock-in, no percentage of salary. Partner access and commercial terms are discussed directly because the setup depends on the recruitment desk and candidate-data workflow. Features may change as the service develops; material changes will be presented clearly before purchase or use.
