Storage and service providers
Account and profile records may be stored in the website database and uploaded files may be stored in the site’s file storage. Hosted authentication and infrastructure providers may process limited information needed to operate and secure the service. Access is limited to the purpose for which the information is held.
Your choices
You control whether to create an account, what profile information to provide and the visibility choices offered in the product. You may ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@searchtalents.co. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal or operational reasons.
Candidate and partner responsibility
Employers remain responsible for interviews, eligibility, reference checks and final employment decisions. Recruitment partners must have the appropriate authority and consent before uploading or processing candidate information. Search Talents does not contact, market to or expose uploaded partner candidates to other employers.
